VPM - Very Fine Powder

VPM line is offered at sizes of 900 mm, 1200 mm, 1500 mm and 2000 mm, all of which can have one, two or three decks to enable multiple cut sizes. These high capacity vibrating sieve machines are most commonly used  for screening and  separation of very fine or atomised powders (down to 30 micron) and solid materials at high throughputs.

Design characteristics:
– Cylindrical upper band
– Available with single or multiple decks
– Ring clamping system or quick-release band clamps
– All contact parts in AISI 304 stainless steel
– Fixed base with an option to mount on wheels
– Sloped bottom to achieve high capacity
– Standard motor 1,500 RPM, IP65
– FDA-approved and ATEX certified
– Automatic mesh cleaning system such as ultrasonic or ball cleaning systems (food and non–food grade).
